Moody 28 Wanted m28 or m31

Hello Thank you for accepting me as a temporary member to your group.
I'm very interested in purchasing an m28 or M31. I have had the opportunity to look over an M31 and would now be very grateful for the opportunity to look at an m28 or receive any advice to see if the smaller boat would meet my needs.
I'm also considering the sadler 29 or a fulmar/tempest as possible alternatives.

We would mostly be sailing as a couple with very occasional weekend guests, oh and we have a ladbrador who wouldn't want to miss out either so that would also be a consideration.

I am situated on the Suffolk Coast.
