Among many other things as I contemplate a Moody 36 and the consequences of a centre cockpit, I wonder what sort of dinghy is typically used on this boat and how/where is it stowed? Does anyone use davits and other gubbins off the stern? How do you launch and recover, and get the shopping, granny, outboard and other heavy stuff in and out of the dinghy when the cockpit is so high? I imagine it could be tricky to operate off the stern in much of a swell?
