I have four complete folios of the Dutch Hydrographic Charts covering the Sothern Delta that I no longer need. They are dated 2007, but little changes so will be perfectly usable if you plan cruising the inland waterways. I have folios no.s 1803, 1805, 1807 and 1809. They are complete and unmarked.
Also a copy of Brian Navin's Cruising Guide to the Netherlands.
Am open to offers, postage at cost or collect.
