Hello. I am considering buying my first boat. I am 70 years old and so I want a 'friendly' boat. I am considering a Moody 36 (80s). I would like to go warm blue water sailing when I retire shortly. I can't seem to find the ballast ratio for this model. Is she ok short handed. Is she a reasonable boat to go offshore cruising and live aboard in? Any info much appreciated. Many thanks in anticipation.
