Moody 31 MkII Moody 31 mk2 rudder and survey

Hi all I had a survey today on a moody 31 mk2
And it had Advisory that the rudder was spilt and needed repairing. And the heater was smoking.to fix a rudder what sort of price am I looking at.
question I want to know is does it have a holding tank for waste toilet tank or is it straight out the cock.

A holding tank is not an original fit. I put one in mine. I’d be surprised if the surveyor didn’t mention it and there was one installed.
Great boats. The price needs to reflect the cost of a rudder repair. Make sure they fit new O rings when it is put back.
