I have a 28 you can look at.
It's recently had:
New suit of sails and sail cover.
Sea cocks
Other stuff:
Dripless stern gland
Lawrence chart plotter
Garmin Sat nav.
Survey due 2024 ( I assume you would have a buyers survey) I do have 2 old ones you could view.
Engine and gear box professionally maintained by me (I am a sea going engineer)
Cooker
Sea Toilet.
TriData speed and depth log.
Fenders
Keel bolts recently overhauled.
Northstar VHF
Anchor with chain and warp.
Being lifted out of the water Monday for winter lay up in Harwich.
You can view it after the weekend until Wednesday (I'm back at work)
I'm back home after 28th Sept for 2 weeks
